Pop a directory
pop.cmd

Many people don't know that the Windows command language contains a push-directory command, pushd and its corresponding pop-directory command, popd.

The function of these commands is documented in push a directory.

This command procedure is the complement to pd.cmd. It reverts to the previous disk and directory and resets the window title to reflect that.
Like all the command procedures it includes "help text" which you can display as follows:

C:\Users\David> pop -h

pop is a front end for the popd command
pop takes an optional argument, a count of directories to pop
"pop all" will pop all directories on the stack
