  1. Start->My Network Places.
  2. Network Tasks->View Network Connections.
    (Or, right-click My Network Places then click Properties.)
  3. Right-click the correct connection (Local Area Connection)
  4. Properties->Advanced->Settings->Advanced->Local Area Connection->Settings
    Note: If the Settings button is unavailable, ICF is not enabled on this connection, and this step can be skipped
  5. Click Add to open a new port.
  6. Description box, type HTTP2 port 1088
  7. Name or IP address, type 127.0.0.1 (or 192.168.0.100)
  8. External port and Internal port boxes, type the 1088
  9. Click TCP (not UDP), and then click OK.
  10. Repeat steps 1 through 9 for Remote Desktop port 3389, or enable it if if already exists.
